ABOUT MC

The sport of boxing is widely recognised as the ultimate in full body fitness. Coupled with my extensive experience as an active England Boxing coach I provide my own adapted training methods to ensure all ages can 'get fit without getting hit'....It's fun, safe and progressive, so you actually learn something new and stimulate your mind as well as body.

I'm a fully qualified EB coach with nearly 20 years of experience in training boxers from raw beginners to Multi National Champions at two of London's most successful amateur boxing clubs. 

Not everyone has the time or desire to be at a gym, be a member of a club or to compete in a sport.

I'm happy being mobile in keeping my clients mobile..Whether it's your home, your workplace or you prefer a local park or setting in the great outdoors...I'll also visit at a time that works for You. Of course, If you'd like to train at an outstanding Boxing gym facility, that's always an option too.

I'm DBS Enhanced, with valid First aid and Insurance as you'd expect and work with all abilities, fitness levels and genders from kids aged 8 to senior citizens (of any age!)
